The Top Three Reasons Your Graphics Get Delayed and Increase Costs

1. fonts have not been converted to outlines
2. images are low resolution (below 100 ppi at 100%), often because they are not original sized files or they are too small to begin with
3. images were not provided, or not imbedded in the print file

If you like, provide the original images with your art files, and ACI Design will optimize them for a modest fee.

Billable Services

• all file and artwork fixes that you authorize, $96 per hour in 1/2 hour increments, includes e-proof

Artwork Guidelines

• use provided template(s)
• use Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
• outline all fonts and text
• imbed images, 100-125 dpi at full size
• specify Pantone colors
• high quality, print-ready PDF files preferred
